INVESTMENT PHILOSOPHY

Trinity’s investment philosophy is grounded in our principals’ collective experience in owning, operating, and developing hotels over multiple lodging cycles. Our strategy stresses investment in fundamentally sound hotels with the potential for substantial real estate value appreciation and increased top and bottom line operating performance. We seek investments that will yield an internal rate of return commensurate with the risk undertaken based on a five year investment horizon.

Using the following approach, Trinity creates and executes tailored business plans that will maximize returns on our stakeholders’ invested capital:







Quantifying a hotel or resort’s potential, and determining the proper positioning within its specific market;
 
Creating an investment strategy and appropriate deal capitalization that will enable the hotel or resort to reach its full potential;
 
Utilizing a strong combination of asset and property level management to meet investment performance targets while maintaining customer service standards and quality controls;
 
Effecting a profitable exit strategy.
